Jill’s Kundalini yoga was a unique experience for me, having practiced Hatha yoga over many years.
Park barn lodge was very welcoming clean and updated with really comfortable beds.
Jill made everyone welcome and cooked amazing rustic food to complement the stay.
My close friend who had never done yoga got so much from the beautiful space and countryside walks.
