About Jill
She has a strong background in Meditation, Buddhism and Buddhist Mindfulness as a teacher and facilitator, also a diploma in Thai Yoga Massage. Over the last 15 years of training & teaching in several styles of yoga and as a Teacher trainer facilitator in Hatha yoga. She has discovered the gift to heal. Currently She is training for her level 2 as a kundalini yoga teacher, She is half way through a 2 year course in Chinese Kundalini Medicine and insured to practice all of the above.
The treatment:
Complementary Yoga Therapies using Chinese medicine acupressure points and Kundalini mantra as medicine, using massage and hand mudras.
What this therapy induces, deep relaxation using oils and massage into specific marma points and sacred sound therapy Using Mantra, Meditation and herbs.
This is a practical system of Yogic Therapy, applying the science of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kundalini mantra, Herbology and visualization, helping to empower you into self healing.
