A morning of Kundalini Yoga
An afternoon of Mantra & Meditation & Relaxation
with Jill Jones - Kamal Puran Kaur

Lunch - A vegan soup will be included herbal teas and cookies to share
After lunch a gentle stroll , bring suitable footwear
In the morning we will be balancing the 10 bodies - with Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan - the yoga of awareness.
We will tune in to the teacher within and the golden chain of teachers before us.
We will learn how to breath consciously to calm the mind and listen deep within.
We will explore Kriya a combination of asana - postures to balance the whole body.
Chanting, Meditation & Mantra the best way to stop the chattering mind and drop into sound current to clear negative patterns and connect to what is real.
After lunch we will go for a meditative stroll along the river up to the 'old castle’
In the afternoon we will do Kundalini Mantra & Chanting followed by a long yogic sleep.
Closing with the long time Sun & Satnam
Sat nam - Truth is your identity come and find it.
An understanding of yoga is an advantage, but beginners are always welcome, modifications to suit all - even chairs.
