Information about the weekend
This weekend retreat will be a time to get away from the everyday busy lives that we all lead. An Introduction to Pranayama followed by a dynamic yoga practice, suitable for all bodies, working with a different theme each day. These two days will be like a holiday for your mind and body. We will flow into postures with sounds and colours.Working to balance the whole body. Day Two we will work into deeper postures, taking a Yin approach. We will look at effective adjustments and support to safely allow us all to try these postures. Yin Yoga is a beautiful, restorative practice, working with the the Chinese form of natural, energy medicine, opening our Meridian channels to allow a healthy flow of Qi into the body.
