Summer solstice
Come and join me for this celebration of light.

We will begin with a Cacao ceremony to set new intentions, smudging and card reading
Followed by restorative YIN  yoga to stretch & awaken the body
Followed by Yoga Nidra with Tibetan bowls to open the body ready for a long gong bath
Ending with raw chocolate Prasad and watching the sun set to mantra
Weather permitting.
We will be out side in the grounds of Hedgecroft if the weather is not so nice inside in the Hall
