Yoga Nidra Workshop

This workshop is for all, and compete beginners are welcome.
In this workshop we will experience the practice of Yoga Nidra and through this practice come to understand how it can teach us to recognise and misidentify from, negative belief patterns that we have learned though our lives. We will see how they cripple and hinder us from leading a contented life (Sanskrit Santosha contented) these core negative beliefs and habitual patterns have been learned though our lives. These practices will help us to lead a life free from suffering,

Yoga Nidra awakens us to the realisation that we are not limited and finite, but infinite, joyous, compassionate and vast, and to live in that true nature. Yoga Nidra does not ask us to believe this, rather is asks that we experience it first hand through experience and self enquiry. It will give us the toolbox to use in our daily routine and change out lives from the inside out allowing us to live in our true nature, the ‘sat nam’ true identity.
The day will start with a beautiful Yoga Nidra followed by theory and understanding of Yoga Nidra, and how we can take this into our daily lives and the lives of our families friends or students if we teach, there will be several practical Yogic Sleeps for you to experience this deeply throughout the day. We will end the day with a ‘Gong Bath’and sweet treats.
