August Summer Walking & Yoga Retreat in the Cotswolds

Arrivals from 4pm Friday
Depart after breakfast 10.30am Monday.
Reward yourself on this beautiful Yoga & Walking retreat- Friday will be time to settle in explore and rest & enjoy a light supper ( included) and a candle lit meditation to drift you softly off to sleep, Saturday and Sunday will begin early with meditation & yoga followed by breakfast, then some free time to enjoy the area or relax in the beauty of the Cotsworlds.
Lunch will be at 1pm - after lunch each day we will enjoy a long walk of about 5 miles in the beautiful area of the Cotswolds. The walks will be at a steady pace to enjoy all the views stopping to enjoy some refreshment along the way.
We will end each walk back at the lodge for afternoon tea and homemade cakes & biscuits followed by restorative yoga & Yogic sleep.
On Saturday evening we will try out the local cuisine in a cosy pub a short drive away.
(not included in cost) On Sunday evening after supper we will go outside and enjoy manta & Kirtan under the stars & around an open fire pit, please bring a musical interment if you play, you’re singing voice and you’re dancing feet.
The accommodation is sharing a double or twin room.
