Surya Yoga & Gong - Ending watching the sun set chanting mantra

Summer solstice
Come and join me for this celebration of light.
We will begin with a Rose Tea Ceremony to set new intentions, smudging and card reading and poems
Followed by restorative YIN yoga to stretch & awaken the body suitable for all
Yoga nidra story telling. Sleep of the yogi
Followed by Yoga Nidra with Tibetan bowls to open the body ready for a long gong bath
Ending with raw Sweet treat Parasad and watching the sun set to mantra
Ending with Jupiter Gong and Chinese wind Gong and Tibetan bowls.
Weather permitting.
We will be out side in the grounds of Hedgecroft if the weather is not so nice inside in the Hall
Toilets and parking onsite
Bring sleeping bag or warm blankets a pillow and a wooly hat.

Once you have paid in full /deposit for classes, workshops, retreats a massage or therapy or teacher training, the money is NON transferable or refundable under any circumstances.
If a class or workshop/ teacher training or event is cancelled by us a full refund will be offered for classes only, teacher training courses will run on another weekend.
