What to expect:
We start by tuning in to the Adi Mantra
and the Mangala Charan Mantra
Connecting to the divine in you, and a protection mantra.
We warm up the body, and then come into a themed set of postures called a Kriya. At the end of the Kriya, we lie down to re calibrate the body with a long 10 minute Gong Sound healing bath. We close the practice with a meditation and mantra kriya and the blessing of the long time sun followed by 3 long Sat Nam’s.
You will leave the class feeling invigorated and totally rejuvenated.
My classes are safe, and suitable for all bodies. Classes are inclusive and healing.
My job as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher is to elevate each student provoking you to keep up and step into your powering breath and mantra. Considerations are made to make sure that any injuries are looked after and healed through the practice.

What to bring:
Your yoga mat, a blanket and some water.
All yoga is done on the floor with blocks, cushions & chairs can be used.
everyone is welcome beginners and regular yogis.
You are never to old, to unfit, to large to small
You will be so welcome, and well looked after.
The hardest steps are the first ones.

Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results
