Kundalini GongYoga
What to expect:
We start by tuning in to the Adi Mantra and the Mangala Charan Mantra Connecting to the divine in you, and a protection mantra. We warm up the body, and then come into a themed set of postures called a Kriya. At the end of the Kriya, we lie down to re calibrate the body with a long 10 minute Gong Sound healing bath. We close the practice with a meditation and mantra kriya and the blessing of the long time sun followed by 3 long Sat Nam’s. You will leave the class feeling invigoratedy and totally rejuvenated. My classes are safe, and suitable for all bodies. Classes are inclusive and healing. My job as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher is to elevate each student provoking you to keep up and step into your powering breath and mantra. Considerations are made to make sure that any injuries are looked after and healed through the practice. All set to candle light and using Aroma Therapy Oils. |
About your teacher:
My name is Jill Jones (Kamal Puran Kaur) Complete lotus. I have completed the two year programme - 500hrs Level 2 with I-SKY. I am also qualified in Kundalini Medicine Therapy.
