‘Im just returning to normality after a wonderful weekend retreat will Jill Yoga in the Cotswolds. The lodge has just been lovingly restored and is warm,cosy and friendly with Jill being the perfect home maker. She makes everyone feel relaxed, comfortable and included. The weekend was a fabulous mix of yoga, meditation and relaxation, coupled with lots of opportunity for exploration of the countryside. Jill is the loveliest lady, her generosity is second to none, making everyone believe they can achieve their goals. She is totally dedicated to her craft and an amazing teacher making sure everyone works at their own level but with gentle encouragement to reach for a little more.

Jill’s Kundalini yoga was a unique experience for me, having practiced Hatha yoga over many years.
Park barn lodge was very welcoming clean and updated with really comfortable beds.
Jill made everyone welcome and cooked amazing rustic food to complement the stay.

"Surprisingly, this course has been useful not only for myself, but for my children. I have put in to practice most of what Jill has taught me, at the same time as encouraging my family to try a couple of the mindfulness techniques. It has been of great help to my son, using it for social purposes, and for myself as a reminder of how 'packed' my brain can become and how I need to 'release' it.
