Weekly Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday nights
To book your classes please click on the buttons below or if you’d rather we can take payment at the studio. At the studio we accept cards and cash but not cheques.
These classes are designed around you, and are mixed ability, beginners are always welcome.
They are a dynamic vinyasa flow / Traditional Hatha Yoga. All classes are designed to challenge and nurture all bodies. Jill teaches with mindfulness and offers assessable modifications to lead you safely into each posture. Ending with 10 - 15 minutes Pranyama & Savasana.
You do not need to be an expert, if you are open to change and, want to improve your life these classes are for you. All classes will have modifications to safely allow every one to feel included.
