Summer solstice the turning of the light.
Come and join me for this celebration of light.
‘Kundalini yoga and gong bath relaxation’ outside (weather permitting.)
We will begin with a fire ceremony to set new intentions, smudging and card reading and then restorative yoga to relax the body with story telling.
We will break half way through for vegan cake or fruit and a sharing circle.
Homemade Chai Tea
Followed by Yoga Nidra to open the body ready for a long gong bath
Ending with raw chocolate Prasad and watching the sun set to mantra
Weather permitting.
We will be out side in the park, if the weather is not nice inside in the studio.
