The gong is one of the technologies taught by Don Conreaux .
'The gong is the spirit song. Its sound is the echo of the original word that created this world, the sound within all sounds.
Listen with outer and inner ears. Feel its pulsation and let the millions of vibrations dance and flow through your senses.
The gong is the first and last instrument for the human mind, the human mind had no power before it. This is the only thing that supersedes the human mind, because this is the basic creative sound. Mind was created out of it; its like father and mother together.
The New Moon is a time of new beginnings a time to sow new seeds into dark fertile soils, a time of cleaning the slate & beginning again for the new lunar month. The new moon is a rich time to set intentions, to dig down to your truths & open up; to note down what you would like to manifest as you leave the returning silver light of the moon to gestate these intentions & bring them to fruition.
The Full Moon is time of plum fertility as the intentions of the new moon are bought to life and birthed into the world, a time also to reflect on the month & reap the harvest of what you planted at the new moon. Once harvested what ever remains can then be destroyed or let go off as it no longer serves you. The full moon is a time of heightened energy & sensitivity, as if the full beam of the moons light magnifies & lights up whatever it is we have not been seeing during the month.
NB:Work with these cyclical energies to practice the yogic ideal of the ‘ liberated life', in which we acknowledge that all things shift and change, nothing is permanent - sync with the rhythms of the dying and rising moons, the time of beginnings and endings.
About the gong during the gong baths Jill will play a 28inch Symphonic Gong which has all the frequencies of the universe within it.
This gong was made especially for me in Germany by Sven the gong master.
It’s a heart chakra gong with a deep resonance frequency, It has warming tones which are very embracing, I guess you might call it the Auric equivalent of a warm gong hug.
NB:Gong baths are not usually suitable for pregnant women in the first or third trimester or children under 8 years of age.
Some of the many benefits of the gong.

Some of the many benefits of the gong.
- The gong is the master of deep cleanse, during the gong bath, sound vibrations work through you on many levels, physical, emotional and etheric to remove blocks, sluice stagnant energies, soothe & nourish you by making way for new inflows of life force, (prana)
- It is deeply relaxing and beneficial for the nervous system to remove harmful toxins that build up in our system
- A thirty minute gong bath is the equivalent of 4 hours sleep.
- The gong creates a stillness in the mind, clears the subconscious and unconscious mind and allows space for new growth.
- The gong puts the brain into theta state which allows the process of healing and relaxation.
- “the depth with which this happens is governed by the depth with which you surrender to this process”.
