Week Eight: Mindfulness a way of life.
What to expect:
Each week we introduce the topic and discuss in our group last weeks topic, which enables you to chat and discuss with like minded people your experiences and achievements in a safe space.
We will do meditations, body scans and deep relaxation every week helping you find Mindfulness in this Frantic world.
Each week there is a set meditation for you to do at home with hand outs and the audio for you to practice between weeks.
You will receive a hand out manual on each course in weekly modules.
For you to keep and use as 'A life resource'.
This is very informal and sharing and chatting is encouraged.
We end each session with a guided practice lying down and seated meditations,
or breathworks which will be your home practice for the following week.
You are welcome whether you are completely new or a seasoned practitioner.

Mindfulness for Health
A practical guide to relieving pain, and restoring wellbeing.
This course will help relieve trauma, bereavement, living with pain,
PTSD, burn out, depression, and anxiety.
Pain, suffering and stress can be intolerable but it does not have to be this way.
in this course we use breath works and mindful meditations and movement.
you will be surprised with just 10- 20 minutes per day how quickly suffering begins to melt away leaving a deep seated love of life.
