The emphasis in this class is healing through breath and movement
Yoga Nidra (sleep of the Yogi for deep healing)
This class is suitable for all, and complete beginners are always welcome. Sitting in a chair is encouraged if you will be more comfortable.
Each week we will have a different theme.
The classes will include breathing exercises and pranayama with gentle and dynamic hatha flow asana’s.
Each class will finish with 15 minutes relaxation with gentle Tibetan Bowl sound healing and Guided Yoga Nidra.
The Yoga will be a Dynamic & Gentle Hatha Flow, and taught so that every one is included, from complete beginner to seasoned yogi.
You will be safe and challenged.
