A little bit about Me
Jill is a Buddhist and has 15 years of mindfulness and meditation experience.
Weekly Forest Yoga
next one 15th Sept.
In these practices, I will ask you to connect to two great passions of mine, the Body and Breath, two friends of Yoga & Meditation. Nature has so much to teach us and its wisdom can be soaked up through practicing outdoors. These will be weekly evening events where we can connect to and celebrate the Full & New Moon energies and the marking of the seasonal Equinox and Solstice and other Cyclical events for your delight.
What to expect
We will arrive to a quiet secluded part of the forest and quietly sit. Beginning with a different breathing exercise each week, followed by a theme gentle yoga sequence, ending with a sound bath and refreshments. All in the beautiful safe hands of mother nature.
We will not only experience the sounds of the birds, wind and rustling of the leaves, as we
surrender to forest and mother natures energy, included will be sounds from drumming, chanting, chimes, and feelings of being, rooting and reflecting, followed by a deep wave sound bath immersion and meditation.
What to bring
Warm clothes like jogging pants, a sweat shirt/ hoody a wooly hat, a blanket for relaxation, warm socks, and water. (Maybe even a sleeping bag for the relaxation).
A little bit about me. I am a Buddhist practitioner and have 15 years of mindfulness and meditation experience. I teach weekly yoga classes, workshops and I am a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
